1996年4月2日,建设部房地产业司以〔96〕建房市字第009号文,向各省、自治区建委(建设厅),直辖市房地产管理局;各省、自治区、直辖市人事(人事劳动)厅(局)、职改办,国务院各部委、各直属机构人事(干部)部门发出《1996年全国房地产估价师执业资格考试有关问题的通知》,通知全文如下.1995年全国房地产估价师执业资格考试在各地的精心组织下,取得了圆满成功.经全国房地产估价师执业资格考试办公室研究,并经人事部、建设部同意,1996年全国房地产估价师执业资格考试定于11月2、3日举行,现将考试有关事项通知如下:
