The clinical manifestations of primary lung cancer are various. The performance of the lung itself is easily obscured by the symptoms and signs of chronic respiratory diseases, while the extrapulmonary manifestations of the first symptoms are more likely to be missed or misdiagnosed. The author encountered 22 cases of lung cancer with extrapulmonary manifestations as the first symptom from August 1985 to November 1998. The report is as follows.
