“乌兰牧骑”是综合性的文化宣传队,他们开辟了自己的光辉道路。那么,以戏剧演出为主的专业剧团能不能走“乌兰牧骑”的道路呢?全国各地有不少剧团,象本刊这一期介绍的壶关县秧歌剧团、“在戏剧战线上”栏中所介绍的浙江省等地的许多剧团,都已经用自己的实际行动对这个问题作出了肯定的回答。这些团队继承了革命文艺工作的光荣传统,学习了“乌兰牧骑”的活经验,为广大农民输送了革命的新文化,推动群众开展了业余的文化活动,同时,也使戏剧工作者自己在思想和艺术上都得到了改造与提高。这条路完全走得通,问题就在于有没有为工农兵服务的决心,有沒有为贫下中农服务的决心。学习“乌兰牧骑”的活经验,一定要很好地结合自己单位的实际,创造出更丰富的经验来。我们希望各地剧团不断总结经验,相互交流,把为农民服务的道路走得更宽广。
