素有“苏北用电第一乡”之称的江苏省铜山县大黄山乡再创历史新高:1999年全乡售电量已突破1亿kW·h大关,占全县售电总量的1/7。其中农村照明用电逾500万kW·h,同比增长30%,到户电价为0.56元/(kW·h),比省、市目录电价分别低12%和30%,全年为农民减轻负担100余万元,被评为全国优秀乡电管站。 大黄山乡的电价缘何这么低?其奥秘在于一是农网改造。全乡14个行政村、4万余人口,农村照明用户达1.2万个。该乡超前着手农网改造,做到一厂一线、一村一线、专线专供,大大缩短了供电半径。同时,整改高低压线路100km,把过去的35~50mm~2的导线更换为120~185mm~2,使高、低压线损率由过去的18%、20%下降到现在的2%和10%,年减少线损1060万kW·h,为企业和农民减轻负担640万元。二是联户表箱。该乡一改过去的“三级计量管理”模式,改一户一表为多表联箱并编号,消除了窃电现象和人情电。三是电能表远程监控。为每户电能表加装数字采集模块,通过低压供电线路将数据传输到采集中心,再通过市话网反映到营业窗

At the same time, we have rectified 100km of high- and low-voltage lines, replacing the previous 35-50mm-2 wires with 120-185mm-2, and reducing the high- and low-voltage line loss rates from the past 18% and 20% to the present 2% and 10%. The annual reduction of line loss is 10.6 million kW·h, which reduces the burden on businesses and farmers by 6.4 million yuan. The second is the joint household table box. The township changed its past “three-level measurement management” model, and changed one household to one multi-form combination box and numbered them, eliminating the phenomenon of electricity theft and humanity.
