本文报告我院近30年收治的12例经组织病理学证实之胸间给节病患者。1临床资料1．1一般情况本组12例，男10例，女2例，年龄27～56岁。首次就诊主要症状咳嗽（8例）、发热（6例）和胸闷（4例）。12例中2例肺为唯一的受累脏器。病程中发现周围淋巴结肿大7例，包括锁骨上淋巴结肿大
This article reports 12 cases admitted to our hospital nearly 30 years histopathologically confirmed thorax to patients with disease. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 12 patients, 10 males and 2 females, aged 27 to 56 years. The first visit to the main symptoms cough (8 cases), fever (6 cases) and chest tightness (4 cases). In 12 cases, 2 cases of lung were the only affected organs. Seven cases of peripheral lymphadenopathy were found in the course of the disease, including swollen supraclavicular lymph nodes
