当前,在互联网媒体的猛烈冲击下,传统媒体的现状堪忧。具体说来,全国报业广告实收额在2012年下滑15—20%的严峻情况下,2013年前三季度仍延续这一下滑速度,并且有些报业集团已经开始亏损,如果继续下跌,报业广告收入可能会坍塌;传统电视台在台网分离、失去了“以网养台”的政策优势之后,有些已经陷入较大规模亏损;传统出版业目前主要靠教材教辅,基本占销售收入的50%、净利润的70%以上,一旦政策有变,也会陷入亏损
