广东省番禺县鱼窝头糖厂在糖纸工业公司和华南工学院的帮助下,共同设计蔗渣干燥设备用于20T/H 炉,经过去年一年多的投产证明,该设备运转正常,效果良好,供汽稳定,为该厂蔗源多而提高榨量创造了有利条件。鱼窝头糖厂的具体做法是:在省煤器后取无功烟气(温度185℃～210℃)作热源,采用烟气并联、蔗渣串联两级干燥方法(一级采用扩缩管)。选用设备有:一台 G4—73型11号风机,电机100kw;三台φ730×630排料阀,配用4kw 电机;两个φ2m×4.7m 旋风分离器。经使用证明,选用这些设备是比较合理的。收到了良好的效果。(1)该
