建立中医药临床试验核心指标集是解决当前中医药临床研究指标不一致、不规范、不公认等问题的重要途径。中医药核心指标集研究需要方法学保障,其中多个环节涉及到共识的取得。提出中医药核心指标集研究中取得共识的常用方法德尔菲法实施的规范和要求,包括编制咨询表、专家组的构建、咨询实施方式、信息回收、咨询轮次、数据分析规范、结果报告等方面,为相关研究的开展提供方法学支撑。
Establishing the core index set of TCM clinical trials is an important way to solve the problems of inconsistent, irregular and unfair clinical research indicators of TCM. The research on TCM core index set needs methodological support, among which many aspects involve the acquisition of consensus. Put forward the common method of obtaining consensus in the study of core set of TCM standard and requirements of the Delphi method, including the preparation of the consultation form, the construction of the expert group, the implementation of the consultation mode, the information collection, the consultation round, the data analysis specification, the result report and so on In the aspect, we provide methodological support for the related research.
