目的： 提高临床对咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤的认识。方法： 报告近二十年来收治的７ 例咽旁间隙神经鞘瘤的临床资料，男３ 例，女４ 例，全部采用手术治疗，其中口内径路２ 例，颈侧切开径路５ 例。结果： 所有病例经随访２ ～８ 年，均无复发。结论： 该病应早期诊断，ＣＴ 应列为常规检查；手术切除要彻底，颈侧切开为一安全、彻底的手术径路
Objective: To improve clinical understanding of parapharyngeal space schwannomas. Methods: The clinical data of 7 cases of parapharyngeal space schwannomas treated in the past 20 years were reported. There were 3 males and 4 females. All of them were treated with surgery. Among them, 2 cases were of internal diameter and 2 cases of neck and 5 cases of neck incision path. Results: All cases were followed up for 2 to 8 years without recurrence. Conclusion: The disease should be diagnosed early. CT should be included as a routine examination. Thorough surgical resection should be performed. The cervical incision is a safe and thorough surgical approach.
