7月26日,以“互联互通、共享共赢”为主题的东亚海洋合作平台黄岛论坛在青岛西海岸新区盛大启幕。在开幕式上,国家海洋局和山东省人民政府签署了东亚海洋合作平台共建协议,正式启动了东亚海洋合作平台建设,平台将着力推动东盟与中、日、韩(10+3)经贸、文化、人员的互联互通。东亚海洋合作平台黄岛论坛由国家海洋局、山东省人民政府主办,青岛市人民政府、青岛西海岸新区管委承办。山东省副省长赵润田,青岛市委副书记、市长张新起,国家海洋局副局长陈连增出席开幕式并致辞。
On July 26, Huangdao Forum on the theme of “Interconnection, Sharing and Win-Win” of the East Asian Ocean Cooperation Platform opened on the west coast of Qingdao New Zone. At the opening ceremony, the State Oceanic Administration and the Shandong Provincial People’s Government signed the agreement on the co-construction of the East Asia Ocean Cooperation Platform and officially started the construction of the East Asia Ocean Cooperation Platform. The platform will strive to promote the economic, trade and economic cooperation between ASEAN and China, Japan and South Korea (10 + 3) Culture, personnel interoperability. The Huangdao Forum for the Platform for Cooperation in East Asian Oceans is hosted by the State Oceanic Administration and the Shandong Provincial People’s Government and undertaken by Qingdao People’s Government and Qingdao West Coast New Zone Management Committee. Zhao Runtian, Vice Governor of Shandong Province, Zhang Xinqi, Deputy Mayor of Qingdao and Mayor of Qingdao, and Chen Lianzeng, Deputy Director of SOA, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
