长距离胶带输送机中胶带价格约占胶带输送机费用的一半,提高胶带的使用寿命是关系到运输成本的关键。提高胶带寿命的途径很多,本文就胶带输送机凸弧段曲率半径选取原则作一探讨。长距离胶带输送机设计中会出现凸凹弧段的布局形式,凸弧段的曲率半径取决于带宽、凸弧端胶带张力、托辊槽角以及胶带允许伸长率。对钢绳芯胶带允许伸长率〔ε〕,在文献〔1〕、〔2〕推荐凸弧段引起的槽角侧边胶带附加伸长率≤0.2%作为凸弧段最小曲率半径 Rmin 选取的依据;文献〔3〕推荐弯曲和拉伸引起输
