本文简要地叙述了我们试研成功的液压断屑装置的工作原理、性能指标、以及该装置所作的性能试验和断屑效果的生产验证情况。同时,该文还指出了使用该种液压断屑装置与目前国内所采用的其它各种断屑方法相比,具有明显的优点——断屑稳定而可靠。与国外同类型断屑装置相比,性能及技术指标相同而结构简单,调整使用方便。因此,使用该种断屑装置,能获得明显的技术经济效果。
This paper briefly describes the working principle, performance indicators, and the performance test of the device and the production verification of the chip breaking effect that we have successfully piloted. At the same time, the article also pointed out that the use of hydraulic fracturing device compared with other current domestic chip breaking methods, has obvious advantages - chip breaking stable and reliable. Compared with the same kind of foreign chip breaking device, the performance and technical indicators are the same but the structure is simple, and the adjustment and use are convenient. Therefore, with this kind of chip breaking device, obvious technical and economic effects can be obtained.
