田间生长的萌生或成年的铁木桉(E.Sideroxylon)节段可培养在含有BA及NAA修改的MS培养基中。BAP(2～4um)与NAA(0.5～1.0um)对促进萌生的或成年组织腋芽苗增殖最有效。IBA比NAA更有效刺激试管苗形成不定根。试管小植株容易移栽在温室环境里。常用的化学药品名称: N_6—benzylanino—purine(BAP);I—naphthaleneacetic acid(NAA);IH—Indole—3—butanoic acid(IBA)。
The adventitious or adult E.ideroxylon segments grown in the field can be cultured in MS medium containing BA and NAA modifications. BAP (2 ~ 4um) and NAA (0.5 ~ 1.0um) are most effective in promoting the proliferation of axillary buds in adventitious or adult tissues. IBA is more effective than NAA to stimulate plantlets to form adventitious roots. Test tube plantlets are easily transplanted in a greenhouse environment. Common chemical names: N_6-benzylanino-purine (BAP); I-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA); IH-Indole-3-butanoic acid (IBA).
