我队604机付机长在生产实践中革新成功了柴油机绳索牵引手动调速和脚踏调速装置(俗称手油门和脚油门),并用于生产中取得了节油效果,现介绍如下:(1)绳索牵引手油门。由一个可带动钢丝绳移动的手控转柄(3)和一个带限位槽(4)的底板(2)所组成(如图1)。手控转柄(3)一头用螺母定位在底板(2)上,它可以左右和上下活动,手柄中段有一耳环,挂有φ3.2毫米钢丝绳(1),钢丝的另一头挂在柴油机燃油泵的调速手柄上,当转动手控转柄(3)时就可以使钢绳(1)牵引燃油泵调速手柄转动,从而实现调节转速。手控转柄(3)的限位
Our team’s Captain 604 pays for the pilot’s successful innovation in the production of diesel engine rope traction manual speed control and pedal speed control devices (commonly known as hand throttle and foot throttle), and has achieved fuel economy in production. Now introduced as follows: 1) Rope traction hand throttle. It consists of a manual handle (3) that can move the wire rope and a base plate (2) with a limit slot (4) (see Figure 1).
