从生物学的角度解释女性犯罪是影响最为深远的一种犯罪理论。本文通过对“准科学”的生物学理论分析,指出这种解释其实根植于当时的道德价值体系之中,是主流妇女观建构下的产物。
Explaining female crime from the biological point of view is the most far-reaching crime theory. Through the biological theory analysis of “quasi-science”, this article points out that this kind of explanation is actually rooted in the moral value system at that time and is the product of the mainstream women’s concept construction.
