提到团队服务集体,往往只想到领队、全陪、地陪三个角色而忽略了任何一个旅游团队均不可或缺的旅游汽车司机。近年来旅游司、陪之间的矛盾导致旅游服务质量下降,因旅游司、陪矛盾而发生的旅游投诉案件也逐年上升。其原因在于旅游汽车客运市场缺少有效的运作模式。根据本文作者的实际调查和研究,提出应建立“统一旅游汽车服务中心”的服务管理体系,以进一步规范旅游市场,发挥旅游汽车司机在旅游接待中的重要作用。
Mention team service collective, often only think of the leader, accompany, to accompany the three roles while ignoring any travel team are essential tourism car driver. In recent years, the conflict between the Secretary for Tourism and the Armed Services led to a decline in the quality of tourist services. Cases of tourist complaints arising from the Department of Tourism and contradictions also rose year by year. The reason is that the tourist car passenger transport market lacks an effective mode of operation. According to the author’s actual investigation and research, this paper proposes that a service management system should be established to further standardize the tourism market and play an important role in tourism reception.
