目的了解石家庄市女性性工作者艾滋病知识知晓率和性行为特征,为制订有效的高危行为干顶措施提供依据。方法采用匿名问卷调查,对石家庄市桥东区娱乐场所的女性性工作者进行艾滋病知识和性行为特征调查。结果共调查356名女性性工作者,平均年龄28岁,71.07%为初中以下学历;艾滋病防治知识总知晓率61.24%;有时使用安全套者占86.67%,但每次均用者仅占4.76%。结论被调查人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率低,普遍存在传播艾滋病的高危性行为,应对其采取针对性的健康教育和行为干顶措施,推广100%使用安全套,以降低艾滋病的感染及传播机会。
Objective To understand the knowledge of AIDS among female sex workers and the characteristics of sexual behavior in Shijiazhuang, and to provide the basis for formulating an effective high-risk behavior. Methods Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on female sex workers in Qiaodong district of Shijiazhuang for AIDS knowledge and sexual behavior investigation. Results A total of 356 female sex workers were surveyed, with an average age of 28 years and 71.07% of them had junior high school education. The total awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control was 61.24%. Sometimes condoms accounted for 86.67%, but only 4.76% of them were used at any time. Conclusions There is a low awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention and control among the surveyed population. Ubiquitous HIV / AIDS prevalence among the surveyed population is high. Sexual health education and behavioral measures should be taken to promote 100% condom use to reduce the chances of HIV / AIDS infection and transmission.
