通过女贞子提取物对运动训练大鼠不同组织抗氧化酶水平和运动能力的影响,探讨女贞子提取物对大鼠运动能力的作用机制.结果显示:6周后安静对照组在安静时、运动对照组和运动女贞子组进行一次力竭性运动后取材,测定不同组织总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.运动女贞子组大鼠不同组织T-AOC、T-SOD、CAT活性与运动对照组比较均有显著升高(P<0.05);运动女贞子组大鼠不同组织MDA含量与运动对照组比较均有显著降低(P<0.05).运动女贞子组大鼠运动至力竭时间比运动对照组延长23.09%.表明补充女贞子提取物可以调节大鼠不同组织中抗氧化酶活性,减少MDA的生成,延长运动至疲劳的时间.
The effects of Ligustrum lucidum extract on antioxidant enzyme activity and exercise capacity in different tissues of trained rats were studied, and the mechanism of action of Ligustrum lucidum extract on locomotor capacity of rats was studied. The results showed that after 6 weeks of quiet control, (T-AOC), total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and catalase (CAT) activities in different tissues were measured after exercise. CAT) and antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in different tissues of Sport Ligustrum lucidum were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The content of MDA in different tissues of Sport Ligustrum lucidum group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05) .Exercise prolonged the time from exercise to exhaustion in Exercise Ligustrum lucidum group was 23.09% Sadako extract can regulate antioxidant enzyme activity in different tissues of rats, reduce the generation of MDA and prolong the time from exercise to fatigue.
