利用~(60)Coγ射线照射白沙1016产生的4个突变体,研究了花生叶片气孔突变及其与抗旱性的关系。结果说明,辐射可以诱发花生叶片气孔发生突变,和原品种白沙1016比较,气孔数,有的突变体变多,有的变少,气孔大小,有的变大,有的变小;花生气孔数目的多少和抗旱性存在较紧密的负相关,而气孔的大小与抗旱性的相关不明显。研究证明,通过辐射诱变途径选育抗旱花生品种是一种较为有效的方法。
Four mutants of Baisha 1016 were irradiated with ~ (60) Co γ-rays to study the relationship between stomatal mutation and drought resistance in peanut leaves. The results showed that radiation could induce stomatal mutation in peanut leaves. Compared with the original cultivar Baisha 1016, the number of stomata, some mutants increased, some decreased, the stoma size increased, while others decreased. The number of stomata There is a close negative correlation between drought resistance and drought resistance, while the correlation between stomatal size and drought resistance is not obvious. Studies have shown that it is a more effective method to breed drought-resistant peanut varieties through radiation mutagenesis.
