2013年我国农药行业逆势增长,赢得了业内人士的广泛关注。尽管形势喜人,我们还是应该清醒地认识到,当前行业还面临着产业结构转型升级、环保压力增大、传统产品产能过剩、生产成本上升、企业创新能力弱等诸多挑战,未来行业必需不断调整产业结构、加大兼并重组力度、提高创新能力、加大环保投入、实现转型升级。我国农药行业转型升级最根本出路在于加大农药研发投入,创造和培育出具有自主知识产权的骨干农药品种;与此同时还要在产品开发过程中学会制定相应的知识产权战略,构建周密的产品知识产权保护网,进而依靠专利产品和技术获取超额利润。
