光度法测定镉的文献较多。近几年由于非离子表面活性剂的应用,使其显色灵敏度有很大提高。然而较老的测定镉的试剂——达旦黄,因二元显色体系的测定波长偏短,发展较慢。近来有人报导,把吐温—80应用于达旦黄—镉体系,形成了三元络合物,产生了强烈的增敏作用。但用聚乙二醇辛基醚(即乳化剂op)作用于达旦黄——镉体系,目前尚未见报导。我们用乳化剂op作用于达旦黄——镉体系,ε值达1.5×10~5,在0~0.26μg·cm~(-3)镉范围内遵守比尔定律。这也是测定微量镉的较好方法。
Photometric determination of cadmium literature more. In recent years due to the application of non-ionic surfactants, the color sensitivity has greatly improved. However, the older reagent for determination of cadmium - dyestuff yellow, due to the short wavelength determination of the binary color system, the development is slow. Recently, it has been reported that Tween-80 is applied to the yellow-cadmium dyadine system to form a ternary complex, resulting in a strong sensitizing effect. However, the use of polyethylene glycol octyl ether (ie emulsifier op) on the yellow-cadmium system, has not been reported. We used emulsifier op to act on Daydan yellow-cadmium system with ε value of 1.5 × 10-5, and obey Beer’s law in the range of 0 ~ 0.26μg · cm ~ (-3) cadmium. This is also a good way to determine trace cadmium.
