目前,我国大批量贮藏板栗技术问题基本得到解决。如冷库保鲜贮藏、石窑洞保鲜贮藏、室内常温保鲜贮藏等技术,已获得广泛应用。1984年,我们开展了板栗简易保鲜贮藏技术试验研究,获得成功。试验指出,地窖塑料袋装贮藏法,贮藏期可达90天,好果率为89.5%;地窖装筐贮藏法,贮藏期达90天,好果率为91.5%;室内塑料袋装常温贮藏法,贮藏期达96天,好果率为90.1%。板栗贮藏期的最高极限温度为16℃,超过此极限值,易使栗子发热而霉变;贮藏期的最低极限值为0℃,低于此极限值,易使栗子失
At present, China’s large-volume chestnut storage technology issues have basically been resolved. Such as cold preservation storage, stone cave fresh storage, room temperature storage and other technologies, has been widely used. In 1984, we carried out the chestnut easy preservation storage technology experimental research, success. The experiment shows that the cellar plastic bag storage method can be stored for up to 90 days and the good fruit rate is 89.5%.
