送检试件作假、输送和浇筑过程加水、违法分包发包……今后,这些预拌混凝土使用过程中的不合格行为将受到更严监管。近日,市住房和城乡建设委员会发布《关于进一步加强住宅工程预拌混凝土使用质量管理的通知》,从今年1月1日起,对住宅工程预拌混凝土使用管理提出了细致严格的要求。《通知》要求对三个“过程”加强管理力度。一是加强对预拌混凝土采购过程的管理,禁止建设单位对预拌混凝土直接发包,总承包单位应履行对分包单位的质量管理责任。

The Circular calls for more stewardship of the three processes. First, strengthen the management of ready-mixed concrete procurement process, prohibit the construction unit directly to the ready-mixed concrete contract, the general contractor units should fulfill the subcontractor’s quality management responsibility.
