我国经济体制改革是由农村开始,并取得成功,尔后转入城市为重点全面展开的。现在城乡改革的洪流趋于汇合,城乡关系、城乡改革的联系越来越密切,互相制约也越来越突出。因此,实现城乡经济一体化,已经成为当前城乡经济发展的新趋势。 仅据我们掌握的材料来看,现在已有不少城市在城乡经济一体化方面进行实践,现举几例于后: ——北京市在郊区农村经济改革和产业结构调整的推动下,一个以全方位、宽领域、多层次、多形式的经济技术协作为特征的城乡一体化新格局正在形成,
The reform of China’s economic system started with the success of the rural areas and then shifted to the city as the focus of its full swing. Now that the torrent of urban-rural reform tends to converge, the relations between urban and rural areas and between urban and rural areas are getting closer and closer and mutual restraint is becoming more and more prominent. Therefore, the realization of urban-rural economic integration has become a new trend of urban and rural economic development.
