该炉用于太钢七轧厂冷轧不锈带钢最后的成品退火。炉体为悬索式结构,由于采用了有效的节能降耗措施,仪表采用了全自动控制,炉子热效率为41.87%,达到国内先进水平。经生产实践证明,炉子运行状况良好,退火质量稳定,满足了生产工艺要求。该炉投产后,冷线机组N1—cr不锈钢生产能力比原来提高24.7%,经济效益显著,并且减轻了工人的劳动强度,改善了工作环境,具有一定的推广价值。
This furnace is used for the final product annealing of the cold rolled stainless steel strip in the seventh rolling mill of Taigang. Furnace for the cable structure, as a result of effective measures to reduce energy consumption, the instrument used automatic control, the thermal efficiency of the stove was 41.87%, reaching the domestic advanced level. The production proved that the furnace operating in good condition, the annealing quality is stable, to meet the production process requirements. After the furnace is put into production, the production capacity of the stainless steel of the cold-line unit N1-cr is increased by 24.7% compared with the original value, the economic benefit is remarkable, the labor intensity of the workers is reduced, the working environment is improved, and the promotion value is certain.
