Objective: To observe the curative effect of YuGongTangFang auxiliary Western medical treatment on uterine incision healing after cesarean section. Methods: Eighty maternal women after cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was given conventional therapy (anti-infection and nutrition support), and the observation group was added on the basis of the control group Gong Tang oral. The pain and swelling of the wounds in the two groups were observed. The stopping time of lochia and the level of wound healing in the two groups were compared. The differences of hemorheology between the two groups were compared. Results: On the third day after operation, there were fewer cases of incision pain and swelling in the observation group than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group had shorter stopping time of lochia than those in the control group. There were more cases of grade A wound healing than those in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity (low, middle and high), capillary tube viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity (low, middle and high cut), erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen level in two groups were all improved <0.05), and the improvement of the above indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yugong Tang Fangfu supplemented with Western medicine can improve the blood rheology of cesarean section maternal and promote early incision healing, thereby reducing maternal pain.
