作为发展中国家最集中的大陆,非洲未来发展前景良好。但是能源特别是电力、运输、公共事业、社会生活等领域基础设施的落后,成为非洲经济实现持续增长、人民生活水平提高的严重阻碍。2013年3月在南非德班举行的金砖国家与非洲领导人对话会上,非洲领导人明确提出,非洲已经把基础设施作为下一步发展重点。在此次会议上,中国国家主席习近平强调,金砖国家应该共同推动非洲基础设施建设作为国际发展合作优先领域,共同参与非洲跨国大项目
As the continent with the largest concentration of developing countries, the prospects for the future development of Africa are good. However, the backward infrastructure of energy, especially in the fields of electricity, transportation, public utilities and social life, has become a serious obstacle to the sustained growth of the African economy and the improvement of people’s living standard. At the BRICS Dialogue with African Leaders held in March 2013 in Durban, South Africa, African leaders made it clear that Africa has made infrastructure a priority for its next development. At the meeting, Xi Jinping, chairman of the Chinese State Council, stressed that the BRICS countries should jointly promote Africa’s infrastructure construction as a priority area for international development cooperation and jointly participate in major cross-border projects in Africa
