为了提高光动力疗法(PDT)的治癌效果,应用PDT与瘤内注射氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)治疗小鼠前胃癌移植瘤。治疗后各组移植瘤细胞DNA含量和标记指数(LI)均较治疗前明显减少,而联合治疗组的减少较单纯PDT或瘤内注射5-Fu组更为显著。又应用PDT治疗进展期食管、贲门癌患者80例,并对其中40例联合应用内镜下局部注射5-Fu。结果:PDT组的近期显效率为22.5%(9/40),联合治疗组显效率为45.0%(18/40),高于PDT组(P<0.05)。病例随访12月~18月,联合治疗组的平均生存期(374天)较PDT组(266天)延长(P<0.01)。认为PDT与局部注射5-Fu联合治疗上消化道癌,能协同提高PDT的治疗效果。
In order to improve the cancer treatment effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT), PDT and intratumoral injection of fluorouracil (5-Fu) were used to treat mouse forefoot gastric carcinoma. After treatment, the DNA content and labeling index (LI) of the transplanted tumor cells in each group were significantly reduced compared with before treatment, while the reduction in the combined treatment group was more significant than the pure PDT or intratumoral injection of 5-Fu group. In addition, PDT was used to treat 80 patients with advanced esophageal and cardiac cancers, and 40 of them were combined with 5-Fu by endoscopy. Results: The effective rate in the PDT group was 22.5% (9/40). The effective rate in the combined treatment group was 45.0% (18/40), which was higher than that in the PDT group (P<0.05). In the follow-up period from December to 18 months, the average survival time of the combined treatment group (374 days) was longer than that of the PDT group (266 days) (P<0.01). It is considered that PDT combined with local injection of 5-Fu in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal cancer can synergistically improve the therapeutic effect of PDT.
