为了探究抗灰斑病大豆品种农艺性状、产量性状、品质性状间的相互关系,选用了近年黑龙江省审定的17个抗灰斑病的大豆品种为试验材料,对其各性状及性状组基因型值进行相关与典型相关分析,并建立了以产量性状为目标的各性状选择指数。结果表明:对单株产量影响最大的是产量性状组的单株粒数、3粒荚数、单株荚数;农艺性状组的生育期、单株节数及株高,农艺性状与产量性状组间以正相关为主;生育日数与百粒重呈正相关、底荚高与4粒荚数呈负相关;品质性状与农艺性状组间典型相关系数达显著水平;且生育日数与蛋白质含量呈正相关,产量性状的选择应以株高中等、生育期适中、单株多有效节数、较低的结荚部位、粒中等大、单株粒数多为选育目标,蛋白质含量的提高可通过生育日数及百粒重等性状间接达到。
