中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,支持中小、企业发展是推动陕西经济持续快速健康发展的战略举措。完善中小企业扶持政策,是促进陕西中小企业发展的基础。针对当前陕西中小企业的发展状况及制约中小企业发展的问题进行分析研究,发现问题,找出症结,以期进一步完善陕西中小企业发展的政策与措施。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy. Supporting the development of SMEs and enterprises is a strategic measure to promote the sustained, rapid, healthy development of Shaanxi’s economy. Perfecting the support policies for SMEs is to promote the development of SMEs in Shaanxi basis. In view of the current development of SMEs in Shaanxi Province and the problems that restrict the development of SMEs, this paper analyzes and studies the problems and found the crux of the problem so as to further improve the policies and measures for the development of SMEs in Shaanxi Province.
