“工欲善其事,必先利其器。”使用工具是人类脱离原始动物世界的标志。然而,人们常常注意了物质形态的工具而忽视了以理论形态表现出来的认识工具——科学方法,忽略了认识工具对物化工具的发展、完善以至应用的启迪和指导作用。因此,管理,特别是高校管理长期以来不为人们所重视,摆不到应有的位置。关于高等学校的管理方法究竟应该包括那些内容,至今人们的认识并不完全一致。讨论和研究这些问题将有助于我们认识和理解如何建设
