2010年,漳州市关于市直国有集体企业困难职工大病医疗保险二次补偿实施以来,已享受二次补偿的困难职工共计63人,补偿金额为157462.19元。据悉,为完善漳州市医疗保障体系,帮助解决已参加城镇职工基本医疗保险的国有企业、集体企业的参保困难职工和国有企业、集体企业解除劳动关系后自谋职业或失业的灵活就业人员因患大病、重病住院造成贫困的突出问题,切实减轻困难职工的经济负担,促进漳州市经济社会和谐发展,结合漳州市实际,漳州市市政府出台并实施《关于市直国有集体企业困难职工大病医疗保险二次补偿暂行办法》。二次补偿工作被列入漳州市2010年为民办实事项目之一。二次补偿办法解决了困难企业因病返贫的后顾之忧。
