目的 筛选徐州市 2型糖尿病的主要危险因素 ,为当地 2型糖尿病的综合预防和干预提供科学依据。方法 采用频数匹配病例对照研究方法 ,随机选择徐州市 2型糖尿病新诊断病例 185例、医院对照 2 0 1例和人群对照 197例 ,对研究因素进行单因素和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果 腰臀比大 (OR =3 0 7)、糖尿病阳性家族史 (O =2 6 5 )、主食摄入量大 (OR =3 45 )、经常性甜食摄入 (OR =2 73)、肉类摄入量大 (OR =2 30 )、经常性牛奶摄入 (OR =2 19)、A型性格 (OR =2 6 5 )、容易激动 (OR =1 86 )、高血压 (OR =2 71)和女性妊娠次数多 (OR =2 75 ) ,以及轻度活动的职业性体力活动 (OR =0 39)、休闲时体力活动 (偶尔锻炼类型OR =0 36 ,经常锻炼类型OR =0 44 )与 2型糖尿病有显著性关系。结论 肥胖、饮食中高能量、高脂肪和高糖摄入、具有糖尿病家族史、A型性格和容易激动、高血压、女性妊娠次数多等可能是当地 2型糖尿病的主要危险因素 ;轻度活动的职业性体力活动和休闲时体力活动具有保护性作用。倡导健康合理的生活方式 ,开展体力活动 ,有计划地实施人群干预策略 ,是当地 2型糖尿病防治工作的重要措施
Objective To screen the main risk factors of type 2 diabetes in Xuzhou and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and intervention of local type 2 diabetes. Methods A frequency-matched case-control study was conducted. One hundred and eight new cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, 197 hospital controls and 197 controls were randomly selected. The univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyzes were used to analyze the factors. Results: The ratio of waist to hip (OR = 3 0 7), positive family history of diabetes (O 2 65), major staple food intake (OR = 3 45), regular confectionery intake (OR = 2 30), regular milk intake (OR = 2 19), type A personality (OR = 2.55), easy excitement (OR = 1 86), high blood pressure (OR = 0 36) and regular pregnancies (OR = 0 44), as well as the number of pregnancy in women (OR = 2 75) and mild occupational physical activities (OR = ) And type 2 diabetes have a significant relationship. Conclusions Obese, dietary high energy, high fat and high sugar intake, with a family history of diabetes, type A personality and easily agitated, high blood pressure, the number of women with multiple pregnancies may be the main risk factors for type 2 diabetes in the local; mild activity Occupational physical activity and physical activity at leisure have a protective effect. Advocating a healthy and reasonable lifestyle, physical activity, and the planned implementation of population intervention strategies are important measures for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in the area
