任何一种社会都有两种比例,一种是物质资料生产内部各部门之间以及生产、分配、交换、消费各环节之间的比例,另一种是整个物质资料生产和人类自身生产的比例,即“两种生产”的比例。前者即通常所说的国民经济的比例,后者为经济发展和人口发展的比例。本文论述的是后一种比例关系。
