压力容器缺陷断裂安全评定方法所依据的理论,近年来有了重要发展(主要指J积分弹塑性断裂力学)。笔者就这一发展情况以及英国中央电力局的“带缺陷结构的完整性评定”标准和BSI PD6493的重要修改内容作了介绍。最后还对国内外压力容器缺陷评定标准的发展趋向进行了展望。
In recent years, there has been an important development (mainly referring to J-integral elastic-plastic fracture mechanics) based on the theory behind the safety assessment method of pressure vessel defect fracture. The author gives an introduction on this development as well as on the “Standard for Assessment of the Integrity of Flawed Structures” of British Central Electricity Authority and the important revisions of BSI PD6493. Finally, the development trend of pressure vessel defect assessment standards at home and abroad are also prospected.
