从20世纪60年代中期至70年代初,我在北京市平谷县的山区人民公社工作了近7年,耳闻目睹了几位农村干部清正廉洁的故事。书记进桃园,不吃一个桃平谷县胡家店生产大队的中共党支部书记杨玉成,是北京市的农业劳动模范,曾多次受到市领导的接见,其所在大队也荣获了北京市农业十面红旗之一称号。1965年秋,我在这个大队搞“四清”工作,是在贯彻中共中央关于指导农村社会主义教育运动的文件即《农村社会主义教育运动中目前提出的一些问题》(《二十三条》)下进行的。
