在传承与创新中提升校长课程领导力是新时期搞好课改的新课题。校长的领导力,直接关系到学校的生存与发展、成功与失败,而课程教学工作是学校的中心工作,课程领导力则是校长领导力中最为重要的核心能力。如何提升这种能力?本文扼要作了阐述。
Improving leadership of the principal in the process of inheritance and innovation is a new topic to improve the curriculum in the new. The principal’s leadership is directly related to the survival and development, success and failure of the school. The teaching of the curriculum is the center of the school, and the curriculum leadership is the most important core competence of the principal’s leadership. How to improve this ability?
