英国著名心理学家艾斯·鲍威尔曾经说过,学生在学业上要有所成就,除智力因素外还应关注非智力因素。在初中阶段,学生在智力因素上的差异并不大,其学习成绩的好坏主要源于非智力因素的发展。在物理教学上,教师能够通过开发兴趣、情感及道德等非智力因素,达到学习氛围的营造与学习兴趣的提升,对物理教学质量大有裨益。一、兴趣为导向,提升学生学习积极性在物理教学中,兴趣是最好的老师。教师要适时注重发掘学生物理学习的兴趣点,保证教学始终处在学生的关注之中,必须创设多种教学方法,丰富课堂选择,营造良好教学氛围。
