“小老鼠”刚从后门悄悄离去,“大黄牛”就从前门大摇大摆地进来。时序更替,日复一日,年复一年,又到了我们向广大作者和读者拱拱手,道声“新年幸福,恭喜发财”的时候了。但愿牛年牛气冲天,个个身强力壮,万事如意! 写了六、七年“编者的话”,慢慢觉得枯燥乏味,提不起精神,更感到“江郎才尽”,写不出什么新意,遂把这苦差事交给了别人,从而停辍了二、三年。也许是天生苦命,今年又被众人推了出来,而且改为“总编导言”,明摆着要我出乖露丑。然而,时势所迫,只好重操旧业,再作冯妇。 好在我国宏观经济调控已取得可喜成绩,国民经济缓缓爬升,暖风频吹,更有香港回归和党的十五大召开等大喜事在向我们招手,全党和全国人民精神振奋,斗志昂扬,使我干劲倍增,决心不负众托,给广大读者做好“导游”,听取读者的心声,拜读者为师,为读者服务。 过去的一年,对于我们杂志社来说多少有些沉重,套用不久前报刊上的一句话:“时有云遮日,大多是蓝天。”当乌云蔽日的时候,心里真不是滋味。但是本社同仁没有气馁,没有颓丧,大家披荆斩棘,负重前行,踩出了一个个坚实的脚印,杂志社又发展了,前进了。正所谓:“无边落木萧萧下,不废江河万古流”、“沉舟侧畔千帆过,病树前头万木春。”开启新年的大门,我们要送给大家一份礼物。这是一
