中等职业学校专业建设是否科学合理,是目前职业教育能否健康发展的关键所在,同时也是提高教育教学质量和办学效益的一项决定性因素。当前中职学校专业建设在专业设置、课程设置、教育教学、师资队伍配备、内涵发展等方面都存在不少问题和不足。在对中职学校专业建设所存在的问题进行客观分析的基础上,提出了相应的应对方法和措施。
Whether the professional construction of secondary vocational schools is scientific and reasonable is the key to the healthy development of vocational education at present. It is also a decisive factor in improving the quality of education and teaching and the efficiency of running schools. At present, there are many problems and shortcomings in the professional construction of secondary vocational schools in terms of professional setting, curriculum establishment, education and teaching, faculty members and connotation development. Based on the objective analysis of the existing problems in secondary vocational school construction, the corresponding coping methods and measures are put forward.
