目的调查榆林市城区蚊、蝇、蜚蠊3种病媒昆虫种类、数量及分布,为开展病媒生物防制工作提供科学依据。方法蚊类调查采用人帐诱法和诱蚊灯法,蝇类采用笼诱法,蜚蠊采用粘捕法。结果捕获蚊类4属5种,淡色库蚊为优势种,帐诱法总密度为19.11只/(顶.h),诱蚊灯法总密度为1.61只/(灯.h),蚊密度城区高于周边农村。捕获蝇类5科19属23种,常见蝇种有大头金蝇、丝光绿蝇、家蝇、厩腐蝇、棕尾别麻蝇和铜绿蝇,分别占捕获总数的36.49%、20.41%、14.78%、10.61%、8.65%和2.61%,总密度为4.42只/笼,农贸市场蝇密度最高。捕获蜚蠊全部为德国小蠊,总密度为16.28只/张,以宾馆密度最高。蚊类活动高峰在7月,蝇类和蜚蠊的活动高峰均在8月。结论此次调查基本掌握了榆林市城区蚊、蝇、蜚蠊3种病媒生物的种类、数量及分布,重点防制区域为宾馆餐饮场所、农贸市场、居民区等。
Objective To investigate the species, quantity and distribution of mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches in Yulin City, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of vector organisms. Methods Mosquito surveys were conducted using human-led book and mosquito lamp method, flies using cage-induced method and cockroaches with stick-catching method. Results Four species of mosquitoes were captured and 5 species of mosquitoes were collected. Culex pipiens pallens were dominant species and the total density of tentacles was 19.11 / (top.h). Total light density of mosquito lamp was 1.61 / (lamp.h) Higher than the surrounding countryside. There were 23 species belonging to 19 genera and 5 families of flies. The common flies had the numbers of 36.49%, 20.41% and 14.78% respectively of the total number of captured flies, green flies, house flies, stable flies, , 10.61%, 8.65% and 2.61%, respectively. The total density was 4.42 / cage, and the highest density of flies was in the farmer’s market. Cockroach captured all cockroaches, the total density of 16.28 / Zhang, the highest hotel density. The peak of mosquito activities in July, flies and cockroaches peak activity in August. Conclusion The survey basically grasped the species, quantity and distribution of three vectors of mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches in urban areas of Yulin City. The key areas to be controlled are hotels and restaurants, farmer’s markets and residential areas.
