随着经济的发展和社会的逐步平稳,我国各项事业改革都进入了较良好的发展态势,但是这也从侧面反映出我们对政府单位提出了比之前更加高的要求。在这种氛围的影响下,档案管理工作作为我们开展日常工作的基本内容受到越来越多人的重视。本文会重点围绕政府单位档案管理中面临的困局问题展开阐述,同时还认真分析了改变这种困局的有效策略。
With the economic development and gradual social stability, various career reforms in our country have entered a relatively good development trend. However, this also shows from the sideward that we have put forward more higher demands on government agencies than before. Under the influence of this atmosphere, more and more attention has been paid to file management as the basic content of our daily work. This article focuses on the dilemmas faced by government agencies in file management and elaborates on effective strategies for changing this dilemma.
