教师主体性是指教师发挥自身主体的能动性,进行创造性的教育活动,促进学生身心素质提高,并相应提升自身专业素养的一种个体性价值与社会性价值的辩证统一。从教师主体性入手,探讨在高校新兴专业—跨境电商英语专业人才培养中教师主体性所表现的不足及原因,分析教师个体主体性,教师社会主体性的发展实施途径。
Teacher’s subjectivity refers to the dialectical unification of individual value and social value that the teacher exert his subjective motivation, carry on creative education activities, promote the improvement of students’ mental and physical quality and correspondingly improve their professional accomplishment. From the perspective of teacher’s subjectivity, this paper explores the shortcomings and causes of teacher’s subjectivity in the emerging specialty of trans-border e-commerce in English specialty at colleges and universities, and analyzes the ways to develop teachers’ subjectivity and teacher’s social subjectivity.
