近年来,我国高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,如何正确引导和帮助毕业生顺利就业,已经成为国家、高校和家庭关注的热点问题。湖北工业大学以市场需求为导向,注重大学生素质发展,切实提高学生就业能力。十余年来,学校一直保持92%以上就业率,赢得良好的社会信誉,特别是关注困难群体,促进和谐就业取得一定成效。今年2月,在“湖北省普通高等学校毕业生就业工作表彰会议”上,湖北工业大学受到表彰,并在大会上交流工作经验。
In recent years, the employment situation of university graduates in our country has become more and more serious. How to guide and help graduates to get jobs smoothly has become a hot issue that the state, colleges and families pay close attention to. Hubei University of Technology to market demand-oriented, pay attention to the development of quality of students, and effectively improve their employability. For more than a decade, the school has maintained a employment rate of 92% or more and won good social reputation. In particular, it focused on the disadvantaged groups and achieved some success in promoting harmonious employment. In February this year, Hubei University of Technology was honored at the Commendation Meeting for the Employment of Graduates of Colleges and Universities in Hubei Province and exchanging working experience at the meeting.
