本文报道了哈克尼西棉(Gossypium harknessii)雄性不育细胞质在棉花杂种一代内对某些生理生化特点的影响。研究结果表明,蕾期叶片叶绿素、可溶性糖、淀粉含量及光合强度、呼吸强度,含有哈克尼西棉胞质的(A×R)F_1均略高于其同核异质材料(B×R)F_1,但差异不显著;花期叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量及光合强度,(A×R)F_1仍高于(B×R)F_1,且分别达显著或极显著水平;可溶性精含量和呼吸强度(A×R)F_1则显著低于(B×R)F_1,花期叶片淀粉酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性(A×R)F_1显著低于(B×R)F_1;多酚氧化酶活性则显著高于(B×R)F_1.花期花药过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、细胞色素氧化酶和酯酶同工酶分析,(A×R)F_1与(B×R)F_1也表现出了明显差异。
This paper reports the effects of male sterile cytoplasm of Gossypium harknessii on some physiological and biochemical characteristics in a cotton hybrid. The results showed that chlorophyll, soluble sugar, starch content and photosynthetic intensity, respiration intensity, and (A × R) F_1 of kaempferol cells in leaves at bud stage were slightly higher than that of its isonuclear heterogeneous material (B × R ) F_1, but the difference was insignificant. Chlorophyll, soluble protein, starch content and photosynthetic intensity, (A × R) F_1 in flowering leaves were still higher than (B × R) F_1, and reached significant or extremely significant levels respectively. The respiration intensity (A × R) F_1 was significantly lower than (B × R) F_1, and the amylase, peroxidase and catalase activities (F × F) F_1 were significantly lower than (B × R) F_1 at flowering stage. The activity of polyphenol oxidase was significantly higher than that of (B × R) F_1. The anther peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, cytochrome oxidase and esterase isozymes of flowering anthers, (A × R) F_1 and (B × R) F_1 also showed a significant difference.
