所有通用型和专用型电阻焊机,通常用来焊接各种材料、厚度和尺寸的另件。焊机工艺的可能性和需要能量的多少是由参数来确定的,而绝大部分的参数根据完成工作的特性可在较宽的范围内调节。一份完整的焊机使用说明书包含着所有在具体条件下确定焊机使用性能所必须的技术数据。但是我们经常看到的只是焊机的简短说明,它仅仅只有焊机的基本参数。为了正确地根据这些参数来评价焊机的性能,必须了解决定这些参数的程序。应该指出:苏联和一些国外的电阻焊设备制造厂所标明的各参数之间是有区别的。因而专家们经常只能把苏联和国外焊机的技术数据进行比较。
All general-purpose and special-purpose resistance welders are commonly used to weld pieces of various materials, thicknesses and sizes. The possibility of the welder process and the amount of energy required are determined by the parameters, and most of the parameters can be adjusted over a wide range according to the properties of the finished work. A complete welder’s manual contains all the technical data necessary to determine the performance of the welder under specific conditions. But what we often see is only a short description of the welder, it is only the basic parameters of the welder. In order to properly evaluate the performance of welders based on these parameters, it is important to understand the procedure for determining these parameters. It should be pointed out that there are differences between the parameters indicated by the Soviet Union and some foreign resistance welding equipment manufacturers. Therefore, experts often can only compare the technical data of welders in the Soviet Union and foreign countries.
