每一个成功的教师都有这样的深刻体会:有效的课堂教学是在教学双方高度认同基础上产生的。因此,要想达到良好的教学效果,教师要注意备课的每一个细节,掌握好教材中的重、难点,以及采用形式多样的教学方法,彻底改变传统的“填鸭”式教学方法,所以,作为一名小学英语教师,使自己的课堂教学“活”起来,调动起学生的学习积极性,进一步激发出学生的创造力,使他们打下坚实的英语基础是我们的责任与使命。下面是我在教学中的几点做法:
Every successful teacher has such a deep understanding that effective classroom teaching is based on a high degree of mutual recognition of both teaching and learning. Therefore, in order to achieve a good teaching effect, teachers should pay attention to every detail of lesson preparation, grasp the heavy and difficult points in teaching materials, and adopt various teaching methods to completely change the traditional “duck” teaching method. Therefore, As a primary school English teacher, it is our responsibility and mission to make our classroom teaching “alive”, mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning, stimulate their creativity and lay a solid foundation for their English.
