George Schultz, Donald Reagan and Robert McFarlane, the products of the U.S. foreign and military policies, all have in common what these three all have in common. All three are dignitaries of the Reagan administration. Schulz is Secretary of State, Reagan is Minister of Finance, and Macfarlane is the President’s Assistant National Security Advisor. The so-called common ground is that they are serving in the Marine Corps. Schultz and Reagan were both in the second world war over. Forty-five-year-old McFarlane, who had not experienced World War II, joined the military during the Vietnam War and became a colonel. From the Reagan administration’s birth of these three dignitaries, we can see that the Marines are closely related to U.S. diplomatic and military policies.
