2013年1-8月,黑龙江省电信行业累计完成投资33.3亿元,其中,3G投资8.9亿元。全省电信业务总量完成205.5亿元,比上年同期增长5.4%;电信业务收入完成174.0亿元,比上年同期增长5.3%。2013年8月,全省电话用户新增40.6万户(含固定和移动用户),总数达到3 709.4万户。目前,全省电话普及率达到96.8部/百人,固定电话普及率达到19.8部/百人,移动电话普及率达到76.9部/百人。互联网宽带接入用户451.9万户,互联网宽带接入普及率11.8%,4M及以上用户占比78.7%。
From January to August 2013, the telecommunications industry in Heilongjiang Province completed a total investment of RMB3.33 billion, of which, 3G investment was RMB890 million. The province’s telecom business totaled 20.55 billion yuan, an increase of 5.4% over the same period of previous year; telecom business revenue reached 17.4 billion yuan, up 5.3% over the previous year. In August 2013, the number of telephone subscribers in the province increased by 406,000 (including fixed and mobile subscribers), bringing the total to 37,094,000. At present, the province’s telephone penetration rate reached 96.8 / 100 people, fixed-phone penetration rate reached 19.8 / 100 people, the mobile phone penetration rate reached 76.9 / 100 people. 4.519 million Internet broadband access users, Internet penetration rate of broadband access 11.8%, 4M and above accounted for 78.7% of users.
