8月15日至16日,全国构建和谐劳动关系先进表彰暨经验交流会在北京召开。浙江正泰电器股份有限公司在会上受表彰,荣获“全国模范劳动关系和谐企业”称号。中共中央政治局常委、中央书记处书记、国家副主席习近平等中央领导会见了受表彰的企业代表。多年来,正泰始终坚持“和谐、谦学、务实、创新”的企业精神,奉行“为顾客创造价值,为员工谋求发展,为社会承担责任”的经营理念,围绕建立社会主义新型劳动关系,将人作为企业发展的宝贵财富,注重员工权益保障,构建了员工与企业共享发展成果的和谐画面。
From August 15 to August 16, the Commemoration of Advanced Harmonious Labor Relations and Experience Sharing Conference held across the country in Beijing. Zhejiang Zhengtai Electric Co., Ltd. was commended at the meeting and won the title of “Harmonious Enterprise in National Model Labor Relations”. CPC Central Committee Political Bureau Standing Committee, secretary of the Central Committee and Vice President Xi Jinping and other central leaders met with commended corporate representatives.
